Welcome to Balwin Studios, and thank you for supporting handmade craftsmanship! We strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with each purchase. Please review our Refund and Returns Policy below for details on order cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled before the product has been shipped. If you cancel the order during this time, you will receive a full refund.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, once the product has shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • It must be in the original packaging and include a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns.

Return Instructions:

  1. Contact us at info@balwinstudios.com to initiate your return.
  2. We will provide the correct return address and further instructions.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

  • Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind or similar reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item due to our error, Balwin Studios will cover the return shipping costs.

Please note: Balwin Studios does not charge a restocking fee for returned items.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

  • Approved Refunds: A credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after approval, please follow these steps:
    1. Check your bank or credit card account again.
    2. Contact your credit card provider, as there may be a processing delay.
    3. If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, contact us at info@balwinstudios.com.

4. Handmade Craftsmanship and Care

Each piece at Balwin Studios is crafted by hand, giving it unique characteristics and slight variations that are part of the charm of handmade items. Our polymer clay jewelry and decor items come with specific care instructions, as they are delicate and may wear over time if not handled properly.

We kindly request that you follow the provided care guidelines to maintain the quality and longevity of your items:

  • Handle gently and avoid exposure to water, chemicals, and rough surfaces.
  • Keep in a cool, dry place, ideally stored separately to prevent scratches or damage.

Note: Refunds and returns are not provided for items damaged due to improper care or mishandling.
